Article 15. Amendments

This Constitution may be amended by a two-thirds (2/3) affirmative vote of the National Members at any General Meeting. No amendments shall be presented and acted upon until written notice of the amendment has been sent to the National Members at least sixty (60) days prior to the General Meeting at which it is presented for adoption.
